The brief:
The Abu Dhabi Department for Culture and Tourism sought to procure and co-invest in a wide ranging portfolio of complementary sport, culture, music and convention events. TSC was appointed to engage with rights holders, develop optimum delivery models, negotiate terms and implement robust contractual protections for the Government.
Our role:
TSC led engagement with each event owner and developed bespoke operating models for each event. We negotiated optimum commercial terms (including revenue share models) and, through our law firm, TSC Legal, designed and finalised contract terms.
The result:
We are currently finalising complex and innovative contracts for multiple events.
