The brief:
To recommend modifications to the concept of the World Equestrian Games and develop a solution to reduce the operating budget by 30%.
Our role:
TSC spoke to over 100 stakeholders and combined our findings with detailed financial modelling to create a series of recommendations that could be easily implemented.
The result:
Our report demonstrated how to un-tap the event’s potential, engage a younger audience and reduce the budget by €22m. We are now helping the FEI to implement these changes.
