The brief:
To assist in the creation of EventFlanders, a new, government funded events agency.
Our role:
TSC defined the new organisational structure, event strategy and associated government funding processes. We created an event evaluation criteria and performed feasibility studies on highest-priority events to anticipate commercial outcomes and determine the likely impact on EventFlanders’ objectives.
The result:
EventFlanders is a fully functioning major events agency that has secured funding from government and multiple new events for the region.
