The brief:
To design, launch and run EPCR’s first ever formal host city selection process for their 2018 and 2019 Finals.
Our role:
Working with this new rights holder, we designed their first ever formal host city selection process, including evaluation criteria, decision making and hosting contract. We ran the host city engagement process, including site visits and contract negotiations.
The result:
We secured EPCR two new hosts cities, including significant government underwrites and operational commitments. The 2018 events will be held in Bilbao, Spain and the 2019 events in Newcastle, UK.
