About TSC

At The Sports Consultancy (TSC), we help shape the future of sport, major events, and entertainment through world-class strategic, commercial, and legal advisory services. Headquartered in London with a growing presence in the Middle East, we partner with international rights holders, governments, sports federations, host cities, investors, and brands.

Our consulting team delivers evidence-based strategies and actionable commercial solutions to help clients transform their organisations, maximise impact, and achieve sustainable growth. Our work spans strategy, investment, commercial advisory, major events, and organisational transformation—underpinned by deep industry expertise, innovative thinking, and trusted relationships.

TSC in the Middle East

With offices in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, the Middle East is a strategic growth region for TSC. Our clients include government entities, national sports federations, event organisers, and private investors. This role is based in Riyadh and plays an important role in expanding our delivery capabilities and long-term client partnerships in the Kingdom.

Your role

As a Consultant at TSC, you will be a core member of our project teams, responsible for delivering high-quality research, analysis, and client-ready outputs across a wide range of projects in sports and events. Given our small and entrepreneurial team, a hands-on, proactive mindset is essential, with a willingness to work flexible hours and “roll up your sleeves” to get things done.

You will be part of our global consulting resourcing pool and from time-to-time have an opportunity to train in our London offices and possibly work on international client engagements.
