The brief:
To secure a major event for EventFlanders, in line with Flanders’ event strategy, that focussed specifically on the international arts and culture community.
Our role:
TSC analysed the feasibility and impact of a number of major arts and culture events. We selected the World Choir Games as a strategically aligned target, designed and managed the bid response, managed the bid evaluation visit, negotiated the hosting contract and managed the communications programmes.
The result:
We delivered a compelling and fully costed bid vision, including professionally designed bid book, that successfully secured this major event for the region of Flanders in Belgium.
