OUR ROLE
We are the exclusive provider of commercial and operational legal support to the organisers of the Volvo Ocean Race, including the provision of a part time secondee.
OUR WORK
Over multiple editions of the Race, we have assisted in relation to a wide range of matters, including:
- -developing the commercial terms of participation for all race teams;
- -advising on all aspects of the design, construction and sale of boats;
- -drafting and negotiating the terms of sponsorships and other commercial partnerships; and
- -advising on broadcast and media rights sales and licensing.
