To structure the LDI’s roles, responsibilities, capabilities, projects and partnerships into an integrated operating model that could be used to structure the organisation. The Leadership Development Institute is a function of the Saudi Ministry for Sport and is the dedicated sport capability development function for the Kingdom.
Through detailed consultation with key LDI leadership and department leads, TSC mapped the full strategy and operating model for LDI – from top level vision and missions, through to program and sub-program delivery structures, down to individual projects and key performance indicators.
LDI leadership has a consolidated view of the its organisation and operating model that enables it to communicate vision, roles and purposes both externally and internally. In addition, LDI can now develop an integrated organisation structure to deliver the operating model and identify key dependencies and integration points between programmes and delivery partners.
