To create a business plan to demonstrate the commercial potential of its new professional esports league to teams, riders and other stakeholders.

OUR ROLE

TSC created a business plan for the first 10 years of the new esports league, taking into account the likely revenue streams and costs, and how the commercial model would change over time. We also considered the corporate structure and governance for the league.

THE RESULT

The financial model projected potential revenue and cost over the first 10 years of the competition, using data provided by Zwift combined with our own market insights and benchmarks. We also defined a proposed revenue share model between Zwift and the competitors, incorporating a set of KPIs, and made recommendations on the corporate structure.
