Siân is a management consultant with over twelve years’ experience in the consulting and sports industries. At The Sports Consultancy, Sian works with both host cities and rights holder to secure innovative and successful hosting partnerships.

Siân has worked with rights holders including World Rugby (Rugby World Cup), World Table Tennis (Portfolio of events), Interkultur (World Choir Games and European Choir Games), Red Bull (Cliff Diving and Ice Cross), World Athletics (World Indoors) and FIBA (FIBA Basketball World Cup) to secure new hosts.

On the other side of the rights holder relationship, Siân enjoys working with cities and event agencies to produce exciting and creative event strategies and before designing event calendar portfolios that put that strategy into practice.

Sian also works on creating compelling and successful bids and bid narratives for our city and national clients. Examples include FEI World Championships (Herning), World Choir Games (Flanders, Belgium) and Rugby League World Cup 2021 (England).

Prior to joining The Sports Consultancy in 2013, Siân worked at Deloitte in their Operations Consultancy practice, consulting both private and public sector clients on all aspects for the project lifecycle from strategy to delivery. Siân also spent two years working at the London Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG), where she helped create and deliver a readiness and testing programme involving a range of exercises across all venues.
